Refund policy

All sales are final.

Returns and refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or broken. If your order arrives damaged, please email gallery@obradesign.com within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

We will respond to your damage claim within 3 business days. We will review the damage and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Items that arrive in satisfactory condition are not eligible for return or refund.
